For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for personalised products , as provided for under applicable legislation.

Yes, as long as production has not yet started..

After order confirmation and once production has begun, it will no longer be possible to cancel or refund, as this is a made-to-measure product.

If, exceptionally, the product presents:

we kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photographs.

We will carefully review the situation and ensure an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Yes, there may be slight colour variations between what you see on screen and the final product, due to differences in devices and printing processes.

We work with professional standards to ensure the best possible result, but these variations are natural and do not constitute a defect.

Whenever a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the same payment method, within the maximum legal timeframe.

Products must be collected from the studio within a maximum period of 60 days after notification of availability. If you prefer, you may also choose delivery via CTT.
