Hello, I’m Sofia de Melo.

I am a nurse, a mother, and a photographer, and it is through the union of these three roles that the way I care for each family I welcome is born.

From an early age, I realised that my purpose would be connected to babies. It was this love that led me to nursing, and that today allows me to welcome each newborn with safety, calm, and deep respect for their rhythm.

Later, I became a mother to Clara and Francisco. Through them, I learned to experience motherhood more consciously and discovered, even more deeply, the importance of the memories we build as a family.

Photography then emerged naturally, as an extension of this care. A delicate way of preserving what time transforms so quickly.

Especializei-me em fotografia de recém-nascido e gravidez, porque é aqui que encontro verdadeiro propósito: criar imagens intemporais, cheias de emoção e significado.

Today, I work side by side with my husband, forming a team that shares the same values of sensitivity, dedication, and commitment in every experience we provide.

Since 2020, I have had the privilege of accompanying more than 2,000 families. Along this journey, I have also had the opportunity to train photographers and share my experience at events, workshops, and talks in this very special field.

Still, what I value most remains simple: creating a welcoming environment where you feel truly at home, and offering you a light, calm, and memorable experience, while we preserve your family’s story with intention and sensitivity.

It will be a privilege to welcome you!
